Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. All orders include a tracking number. Please allow for longer processing time, during sales or holiday due to the high order volume. Preorder boxes, and items will ship at the time indicated in their listing. Once shipped, you'll be emailed a tracking number.

We take all possible care to ensure items are packaged in such a way that they are protected during transit. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over how parcels are handled by the courier service provider(s).

If your parcel arrives and your products inside the packaging is damaged beyond use, please contact us immediately in order to investigate and escalate with the courier service provider to determine if we can accommodate a replacement product.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are final sale. If you receive anything defective, in any way, please let us know and we will be glad to send a replacement. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving an item if you need to report problem.

Pre-orders are final sale. For pre-orders, any cancellations requests must be emailed within 48 hours of purchasing. Unfortunately, cancellations will not be made after 48 hours.
